Quick HIIT (HIIT Inspired Yoga) [16 Minutes]

A quick HIIT! This class and this series will help you build strength, in a short amount of time. Until I started short HIIT workouts, I lacked the strength it takes to do some of the yoga poses I wanted to do well. These classes are designed to help round out the yoga practice with strength and fitness.
