Acceptance - Shorter Routine [32 Minutes]

This is a Yin Yoga class for Acceptance. In a 2 part mini-series, we are going from Acceptance to Power. Yoga for self acceptance, but also to accept a challenging situation in your life, in your community, or in the world. Once we accept and lean into the energy our minds create, and let it disperse into something else, we can use that energy for good, and make positive change.
