Acceptance - Full Routine [53 Minutes]

Acceptance first, then we turn it into Power. Yin Yoga is ‘the other half’ of your yoga practice. Most yoga is very Yang (strong, muscular). Yin is yielding, accepting, allowing. in long held, static poses, we allow change to happen - opening joints, working into connective tissues, and creating mobility.
