Choose Happy - Shorter Routine [37 Minutes]
All yoga makes me happy, but this 2nd practice in this series is about finding the place inside that is always happy - for no good reason. Our default setting is Joy, we just have to figure out how to find it. This beginner yoga class will take you through hip openers, a moving meditation that pushes away negative thoughts, some fun back bends and as always we will stretch it out and relax by the end.
