A short intro to Yin Yoga - Yin is the other side of Yang. Most yoga is a bit Yang: strong, muscular. Yin is yielding, allowing. It’s gentle, relaxing, and we work connective tissue instead of muscle.
This class is a Yin Yoga Fusion practice: we will get into some Yin postures, but also move a little to get mobile and open, especially in the hips.
