A short intro to Yin Yoga - Yin is the other side of Yang. Most yoga is a bit Yang: strong, muscular. Yin is yielding, allowing. It’s gentle, relaxing, and we work connective tissue instead of muscle.
Chill Out Part 2 will take us through just a few poses, but we’ll go deep and relax completely.
